Fitness studio offering group fitness classes for everyone but especially serving women who generally do not like exercise, who consider themselves out of shape and want to come to a friendly environment with instructors who will help them with form and technique. We have a great emphasis on not getting hurt, yet learning to do the exercises correctly so you get the benefit. If you are experienced in exercise, you will be challenged to work to your ability. We teach Pilates Mat, BodyShaping, Tabata, Nia, Barre and Yin Yoga.
